Hard to “Beet”
Beet harvest came in yesterday. Well, OK. Only three beets but that was more than we cultivated last year. And oh they were good. Roasted beets with beet leaf salad was awesome. Just in case you are wondering, currently in the garden is Cilantro, Dill, Carrots, Hot Peppers and Cucumber.
You are so right. You can’t beet that! What a beetiful crop! Couldn’t do any beeter!
